While office operations resumed on February 26, factory production follows a separate restart schedule.
Our manufacturing facilities and production lines will officially resume order scheduling and production operations after February 28 (China Standard Time).
This means:
Production planning will begin from the post-holiday queue
Previously confirmed orders will be arranged in sequence
New orders are now open for scheduling discussions
Lead times may gradually stabilize as production capacity ramps back up
As is typical after the Chinese New Year holiday, the first few weeks involve a phased return of workers, supply chains, and logistics partners. We appreciate your understanding as production returns to full rhythm.
