2026 Global Beauty Trade Shows Guide

If you’re a distributor, brand agent or manufacturer in the beauty industry, trade shows in 2026 are not “nice-to-have” marketing events anymore – they’re where you test markets, qualify partners and check the real pulse of the industry.

At the same time, the calendar is crowded. Cosmoprof here, Beautyworld there, regional shows everywhere – and travel budgets are not unlimited. This guide is written from a supplier’s perspective, to help you:

  • See which major international shows in 2026 have already released official dates and locations

  • Understand what type of buyers each show attracts

  • Decide which shows make sense for your business, instead of simply following the crowd

All the show information below comes from official organizers or trusted industry bodies, and we include links so you can double-check details and register directly.

1. Before You Pick a Show: Understand the Main Types

Not all “beauty shows” are built for the same goals. Broadly, you’ll see four types of events on the 2026 calendar:

1.1 Comprehensive B2B beauty mega-shows

These are the big, global hubs – you’ll find everything from finished brands to packaging, OEM/ODM, salon equipment, spa furniture and more.

Typical examples in 2026:

These shows are useful if you want global reach and you’re ready to invest more in booth, samples and travel.

1.2 Professional salon, spa and wellness shows

These focus on professional users – salon owners, spa managers, nail & lash techs, barbers, estheticians and wellness pros.

Key 2026 examples:

These are great if you sell salon furniture, beauty beds, spa tables, stools, trolleys, small devices and you want direct contact with professionals and small-to-medium operators.

1.3 Ingredient, formulation and OEM-focused shows

If you’re building or expanding a skincare, haircare or scalp-care product line or running an OEM/ODM lab, these are your key platforms.

Core shows in 2026:

These events gather formulators, R&D teams, raw material suppliers and regulatory experts. For pure furniture/equipment distributors, they’re more “trend and networking” than “immediate orders”.

1.4 Regional “gateway” shows

These are strong in specific regions, ideal when you want to go deep in one area instead of spreading thin worldwide:

For many distributors and OEM factories, one or two of these “gateway” shows can be more effective than a random global event.

2. Key Global Beauty Trade Shows in 2026 (With Dates & Links)

2.1 Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna 2026 – Italy

  • Dates: 26–29 March 2026

  • Location: BolognaFiere, Bologna, Italy

  • Official site: cosmoprof.com

What it is

Often called the global beauty show, Cosmoprof Bologna brings together 3,000+ exhibitors from 60+ countries across perfumery & cosmetics, hair, nail, beauty salon equipment, packaging and private label.

Who it’s for

  • Distributors and agents looking for multi-country brand portfolios

  • Brands wanting to talk directly to global retailers and distributors

  • OEM/ODM labs and factories seeking international brand clients

Practical tip from a supplier view

For furniture, spa beds and salon equipment, Bologna is more about branding & relationship building than quick large orders. It’s a show where you:

  • Showcase flagship models & design capabilities

  • Collect qualified leads from many regions

  • Schedule back-to-back meetings with existing partners

If you can only attend one truly global show in 2026, Bologna is usually at the top of the list.

2.2 BEAUTY DÜSSELDORF 2026 – Germany

  • Dates: 20–22 March 2026

  • Location: Messe Düsseldorf, Düsseldorf, Germany

  • Official site: beauty-duesseldorf.com

What it is

The leading European show for cosmetics, nail, foot care, wellness & spa, with over 1,200 exhibitors and 55,000 trade visitors in recent editions.

Who it’s for

  • European distributors of professional salon and spa products

  • Brands focusing on professional skincare, spa rituals, nail and foot care

  • Furniture & equipment suppliers for salons, medical spas and wellness clinics

Why it’s useful

Düsseldorf is less “global circus” and more deep, professional audience from DACH region and wider Europe. If you sell:

  • Treatment beds, massage tables, spa couches

  • Esthetician chairs, stools and trolleys

  • Devices used in professional cabin treatments

…then this show gives you direct feedback from the people who actually work on clients all day.

2.3 in-cosmetics Global 2026 – Paris

  • Dates: 14–16 April 2026

  • Location: Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Hall 7, Paris, France

  • Official site: in-cosmetics Global

What it is

The key ingredient & formulation event worldwide: raw materials, active ingredients, textures, delivery systems, testing, regulatory and more.

Who it’s for

  • Skincare, bodycare, haircare, scalp-care brands

  • OEM/ODM factories and R&D labs

  • Distributors who also handle cosmetic brands, not only equipment

Why it’s useful

If your strategy includes combining equipment (bed, chair, device) + exclusive skincare line, this is where you:

  • Discover new actives and textures

  • Meet labs that can develop private label formulas

  • Understand what claims (“microbiome,” “longevity,” “well-ageing”) will actually sell in the next 3–5 years

2.4 China Beauty Expo (CBE) Shanghai 2026

  • Dates: 12–14 May 2026

  • Location: Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC), Shanghai, China

  • Official site: chinabeautyexpo.com

What it is

One of Asia’s biggest B2B beauty platforms, with zones covering:

  • Personal care & skincare, color cosmetics, fragrance

  • Medical beauty & salon/spa products

  • Ingredients, OEM/ODM, machinery and packaging

Who it’s for

  • Global buyers sourcing from Chinese and Asian manufacturers

  • Distributors wanting to spot trend brands from Asia

  • Factories (like us) that want to meet overseas buyers in one place

Why it’s useful

CBE is ideal if you’re building or vetting your Asian supply chain – especially for:

  • Contract manufacturing

  • Entry-level to mid-priced product lines

  • Private label and white-label projects

It is intense and busy, but it’s one of the fastest ways to see a lot of factories and brands in three days.

2.5 Cosmoprof Asia Hong Kong 2026

  • Dates:

    • Cosmopack Asia (supply chain): 10–12 November 2026, AsiaWorld-Expo

    • Cosmoprof Asia (finished products): 11–13 November 2026, Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre (HKCEC)

  • Official info: Fair Info – Cosmoprof Asia

What it is

Hong Kong is the bridge between East and West, and Cosmoprof Asia uses two venues:

  • AsiaWorld-Expo – ingredients, private label, packaging, machinery

  • HKCEC – finished brands, professional products, salon & spa solutions

Who it’s for

  • Distributors targeting Asia-Pacific plus global brands

  • OEM/ODM + packaging suppliers who want overseas clients

  • Salon & spa furniture suppliers who want Asia-Pacific distributors

Why it’s useful

Compared to Shanghai CBE, Hong Kong tends to have a higher concentration of international buyers and brands, and English is widely used. If your target buyers are from Southeast Asia, Oceania, Japan/Korea plus EU/US visitors, this show is very efficient.

2.6 Beautyworld Middle East 2026 – Dubai

What it is

The largest international beauty trade fair in the Middle East for beauty products, hair, fragrances and wellbeing.

Who it’s for

  • Distributors and wholesalers for GCC, Middle East and North Africa

  • Salon & spa suppliers targeting luxury hotels, palaces, medical spas

  • Brands and OEM factories interested in halal, prestige and niche segments

Why it’s useful

Middle Eastern projects often combine luxury design + strong budgets. For furniture and equipment, that means:

  • Demand for high-end finishing, electric spa beds, head spa beds

  • Opportunities for project-based orders (hotels, resort spas, hospitals)

  • Buyers who care about design, durability and after-sales support

2.7 Cosmoprof North America – Miami & Las Vegas 2026

Miami edition

Las Vegas edition

What they are

CPNA is the leading B2B beauty show in the Americas – from skin, hair and nail brands to packaging and private label. Miami is positioned as a gateway to Latin America, while Las Vegas focuses strongly on North American retail and professional channels.

Who they’re for

  • North & Latin American distributors and importers

  • Brands expanding into the US market

  • OEM/ODM and packaging suppliers targeting US brands

Why they’re useful

  • Miami: good if your business includes Latin America, Caribbean and US Hispanic markets

  • Las Vegas: strong for US & Canada retail buyers, e-commerce and chains, plus many pro-focused brands

For furniture and equipment suppliers, Las Vegas is usually the priority, with Miami as an additional option if you work heavily with Latin America.

2.8 COSMOBEAUTY SEOUL 2026 – Korea

What it is

A long-running Korean show focusing on cosmetics, skincare, beauty devices, nail, hair and health. Seoul remains a reference point for K-beauty trends and clinical-style skincare.

Who it’s for

  • Distributors sourcing K-beauty brands or tools

  • OEM factories that want to connect with Korean labs or brands

  • Companies selling salon/spa furniture and devices into Korea & East Asia

Why it’s useful

If you want to understand how beauty is evolving in Korea and East Asia, and perhaps build co-branded or co-developed products, COSMOBEAUTY is a practical platform with a regional – but still international – audience.

2.9 in-cosmetics Asia 2026 – Bangkok

  • Dates: 3–5 November 2026

  • Location: BITEC, Bangkok, Thailand

  • Official site: in-cosmetics Asia

  • Distributors building education-driven, pro-focused portfolios

  • Equipment and furniture suppliers who want hands-on feedback from end users

3. How to Choose the Right Shows for Your Business

With so many events on the calendar, the real question is not “Which show is the biggest?” but “Where will I meet the right people?”

3.1 Start with one clear goal

For 2026, decide your main reason to attend shows:

  • Find new distributors / agents
→ Prioritize: Cosmoprof Bologna, Cosmoprof Asia, CBE, Cosmoprof North America, Beautyworld Middle East.

  • Attract OEM / private label clients
→ Prioritize: in-cosmetics Global & Asia, Cosmopack (part of Cosmoprof), CBE.

  • Reach professional end-users (salons, spas, clinics)
→ Prioritize: BEAUTY DÜSSELDORF, Be+Well New York, COSMOBEAUTY Seoul, regional pro shows.

If you try to “do everything”, you’ll end up doing nothing very well.

3.2 Match region and show type

Think in two simple steps:

  1. Where is my main market?

    • Europe → Cosmoprof Bologna, BEAUTY DÜSSELDORF

    • Asia-Pacific → CBE, Cosmoprof Asia, COSMOBEAUTY Seoul, in-cosmetics Asia

    • Middle East & North Africa → Beautyworld Middle East

    • North & Latin America → Cosmoprof NA (Las Vegas & Miami), Be+Well New York

    • Russia & CIS → InterCHARM Moscow

  2. What do I sell?

    • Furniture / equipment → comprehensive & professional shows

    • Skincare / haircare / formulas → ingredient & OEM-focused shows

    • Both → one comprehensive show + one ingredient show + one professional show is usually enough for a year.

3.3 A quick 5-point filter for any show

Before you sign a contract, ask yourself:

  1. Do at least 50–70% of visitors match my target profile?

  2. Does the organizer publish clear visitor data (countries, job roles)?

  3. Can my products stand out at this show?

  4. Can my team follow up leads from this region (language, pricing, logistics)?

  5. If I could only attend two shows this year, would this be one of them?

If you can’t say “yes” to most of these, that show is probably not a priority for 2026.

4. Example Show Combinations You Can Use

You don’t need to attend every event. A small, smart combination is often more effective.

4.1 Salon & spa furniture distributor (Europe + North America)

  • Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna

  • BEAUTY DÜSSELDORF

  • Cosmoprof North America Las Vegas

Why: One global hub, one deep European pro show, one North American hub – enough to meet most key partners in your main markets.

4.2 OEM / private label factory with global clients

  • China Beauty Expo (CBE) Shanghai

  • Cosmoprof Asia Hong Kong

  • in-cosmetics Global (Paris)

Why: Shanghai for volume and sourcing traffic, Hong Kong as East–West bridge, Paris for serious R&D and high-value brand owners.

4.3 Distributor focused on Middle East & CIS

  • Beautyworld Middle East (Dubai)

  • InterCHARM Moscow

Why: Together they cover Gulf, North Africa and Russian-speaking markets, which are often handled by the same regional players.

Make Trade Shows Part of a Long-Term Plan

In 2026, beauty trade shows are less about collecting free samples and more about building a focused, international network.

Instead of asking “Which show is everyone going to?”, try asking:

“In which hall, in which city, on which three days in 2026

can I meet the people who will really grow my business?”

Pick 2–4 shows that match your goals, region and product strategy, and commit to learning from them over several years – not just one edition.

If you’re planning your 2026 show calendar and want a supplier’s perspective on which salon beds, spa furniture or treatment chairs make sense for your target markets, you can always reach out to us. We’re happy to share what we see working in different regions, and how distributors and brands are using furniture and equipment to stand out at these very same shows.
